Thermo Scientific™ HyperSep™ Silica Cartridges feature a polar sorbent primarily used to retain analytes in nonpolar matrices, and can effectively separate compounds of very similar structure. Typical applications include:
Extraction of polar compounds including aldehydes, amines, drugs, pesticides and herbicides
Extraction of carotenoids, fat-soluble vitamins, aflatoxins in food matrices
Extraction of fatty acids and phospholipids
