This version of the Chiralpak ZWIX column has an inner diameter of 4 mm, a length of 250 mm and a particle size of 3.0 µm. Daicel CHIRALPAK® ZWIX(+) and ZWIX(-) columns are packed with zwitterionic chiral stationary phases. These novel selectors contain both anion- and cation-exchanging functional groups. They have been developed for the separation of zwitterionic molecules such as underivatized amino acids and small peptides, although numerous other separations of difficult molecules have also been reported.
