The Daicel CHIRALPAK® AGP selector is very well suited for the separation of a variety of chiral compounds such as amines, acids and non-prolytes. This version of the Chiralpak AGP column has an inner diameter of 4 mm, a length of 150 mm and a particle size of 5.0 µm. Aqueous buffers with organic modifiers usually serve as the mobile phase.
Daicel CHIRALPAK® protein-based chiral selectors are immobilized on spherical silica particles with a size of 5 µm. They function fully in reversed-phase chromatography using buffers with low organic modifier content and at moderate pH values. Enantioselectivity can be easily controlled or improved by changing the composition of the mobile phase (pH, buffer and organic modifiers).
